Recruitment Administrator

Pro Search UK is a growing specialist recruitment business operating across the UK, with a strong focus on Telecomunications & Engineering recruitment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our team and provide day-to-day administrative support to our recruitment consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within the recruitment industry. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Description

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring candidates are processed efficiently throughout the recruitment journey.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting recruitment consultants with day-to-day administration
  • Posting and managing job adverts across all platforms
  • Updating candidate records and maintaining our recruitment database
  • Formatting and uploading candidate CVs
  • Contacting candidates to obtain required information and documentation
  • Registering and onboarding new candidates
  • Completing candidate compliance and right-to-work checks
  • Arranging interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Managing candidate availability and keeping records up to date
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
  • Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Assisting with candidate sourcing and database searches Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team

We are looking for someone who is

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating over the telephone and by email
  • Professional and friendly when dealing with candidates and clients
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Reliable, hardworking and motivated
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong team player

Previous recruitment or administration experience is desirable but not essential.

Full training will be provided for the right person.
