Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our client. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The position is full time, permanent. Salary: Up to £52,000 (Dependent on experience). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Shift pattern: Rotating 3 shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). Duties: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime. * Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis and repairs. * Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems within the manufacturing plant. * Support equipment installations as required. * Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports. * Work with the production team to ensure optimum machine performance and minimal disruption. * Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and quality. * Ensure all work complies with relevant health & safety procedures and company policies. Requirements: * Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Hands-on Electrical and Mechanical knowledge. * Proven experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment. * Strong knowledge of fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on machinery. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals. * Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices. * Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Previous experience within an FMCG environment would be advantageous, but not essential
