Pro-Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on behalf of our client based in Bolton. The position is full time, permanent. Salary: £40,000. Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. (Flexible working hours are also available if these hours do not suit).
Duties:
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise downtime.
- Implement planning and scheduling of regular maintenance tasks.
- Support production operations across the business.
- Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Address emergency maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilise CMM software for task tracking and maintenance reports.
- Train operators on routine maintenance procedures.
Experience:
- Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical experience.
- Proven experience in repairing production equipment.
- Familiarity with CMMS.
- Experience in conducting PPM on assets.
- Confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with repair and maintenance of CNC milling machines, 3D printers, 3D scanners, and furnaces (desirable).
- Experience in installing new equipment.
