Job Description
Pro Resources is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a client in Plymouth, Indiana. The role involves maintaining and repairing stainless pressure vessels used in food manufacturing. Apply today!
Shift and Compensation
- 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6-2 PM
- Compensation depends on experience
Job Duties
- Repair stainless-steel pressure vessels (Totes) by cutting, grinding, and welding as needed.
- Buff and polish external surfaces after repairs.
- Conduct pressure tests to ensure safety and functionality.
- Replace gaskets on bottom valves and tote lids as required.
- Prepare containers for production use.
- Investigate and document quality assurance issues related to pressure in totes.
- Manage inventory of tote parts, including requisitions and tracking.
- Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Support project work as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a stainless-steel pipe TIG welder.
- Proficiency in SAP for documenting tote histories.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to sanitation standards.
