We are working exclusively with a respected accountancy and advisory firm to support the recruitment of a Corporate Finance Executive. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to move into Corporate Finance or with some prior exposure, looking to build a long-term career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Opportunity
You will join a well-established Corporate Finance team and contribute to a wide variety of project work and transactional support. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role offering exposure to the full lifecycle of deals and strategic client advisory.
What You Will Be Doing
- Transactional Support
- Handling initial enquiries from potential buyers and sellers
- Coordinating NDAs and tracking buyer feedback
- Attending meetings and site visits with colleagues
- Drafting and updating marketing packs and sale documentation
- Creating targeted buyer lists through research and market analysis
- Assisting with mailshot campaigns and follow-ups in collaboration with the marketing team
- Maintaining internal buyer and client databases
- Preparing and processing engagement letters
- Supporting client onboarding and compliance processes
- General support across the Corporate Finance team as needed
About You
To be successful, you will need to bring:
- A solid grounding in accounting and finance principles (ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion)
- A genuine desire to specialise in Corporate Finance
- An adaptable and proactive mindset with strong organisational skills
- Confidence in dealing with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- The ability to juggle priorities and deliver to deadlines in a team-driven environment
