A well-established and highly regarded independent accountancy firm in East Anglia is seeking to strengthen its Audit and Tax teams as part of ongoing growth and succession planning. The firm has a long-standing reputation for quality, client care and technical expertise, supporting a broad range of owner-managed and mid-market corporate clients, typically between £20 million and £50 million turnover, with some significantly larger.
Amid continued expansion and several senior retirements anticipated over the next few years, the partners are keen to meet ambitious professionals across all levels, from part-qualified staff to experienced RIs and Partners. In audit, opportunities are available across the region, particularly within the Norwich and Great Yarmouth offices, where core teams are based. Audit engagements are varied and collaborative, with staff working closely across locations to deliver high-quality service.
The firm is equally interested in tax professionals with experience in corporate and capital taxes, estate and succession planning, and broader advisory work. Those with a commercial, relationship-led approach who value the culture and independence of a privately owned practice will thrive here.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, forward-looking regional firm that combines professional challenge with genuine stability and the chance to play a key role in shaping its future.
