What you will be doing as an NFP Senior Audit Manager:
- Lead the delivery of audit and advisory services to a portfolio of large and complex Not‑for‑Profit organisations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including Trustees, Governors, Finance Directors and Executive Leadership Teams.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of large and complex nonprofit and charity clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing practical and strategic advice.
- Support clients on governance, risk and financial reporting matters.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand services.
- Lead audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion.
- Oversee engagement planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure assignments are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor engagement progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Review audit files and financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Lead, mentor and develop Audit Managers, Assistant Managers and trainees.

- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience within Not‑for‑Profit audit.
- Proven track record managing complex client portfolios and leading large engagements.

- Experience advising senior stakeholders including Boards, Trustees and Executive Teams.
