We are looking for an experienced Senior Audit Manager to join a rapidly growing Not-For-Profit team with a Top 20 Firm in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional audit services to a variety of clients, including charities and higher education institutions. As part of the role, you will have the chance to influence the direction of the department while also ensuring high-quality audits and excellent client relationships.

Your role as an NFP Audit Senior Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of clients in the NFP sector, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits and services.
- Plan, supervise, and review audit work, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including Charities SORP, Further and Higher Education SORP, and FRS102.
- Supervise junior staff, provide technical support, and guide their professional development, including conducting appraisals.
- Oversee billing management and staff-related administration duties.
- Participate in business development activities, including marketing events, tender submissions, and writing articles.
- Contribute to generating new business and assist with recruitment for the audit department.
- Provide ad hoc business consultancy services as required.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will be ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Proven audit experience in the NFP sector, including charities, and experience with higher education/Universities would be very beneficial.
- Strong technical expertise in Charities SORP, Further and Higher Education SORP, and FRS102.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
