An exciting opportunity to join a growing, independent tax advisory business offering a varied mix of employment tax advisory, compliance, IR35 and transaction-related work.
Working with large and multinational businesses, you'll take ownership of client engagements, advise on complex employment tax issues and collaborate with specialists across corporate tax, international tax and M&A.
The role will involve:
- Advising on PAYE, NIC, benefits, internationally mobile employees and IR35.
- Supporting employment tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals.
- Managing HMRC enquiries, contractor risks and remediation.
- Building client relationships and contributing to business development.
- Supporting and developing junior team members.
What we're looking for:
- Strong UK employment tax experience, gained in practice or industry.
- Solid technical knowledge of PAYE, NIC, IR35 and overseas working.
- Some exposure to transactions or employment tax due diligence.
- A commercial mindset, strong client skills and an interest in helping grow a practice.
