Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on financial and business matters, leveraging your expertise to support their growth and success.

Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications/Experience Required: Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) or equivalent with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing audit engagements for owner-managed businesses.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to this sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
