We are currently looking for an ambitious Audit Senior to join a growing and high-performing Audit & Assurance team based in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and people-focused Top 30 accountancy and advisory firm working with a diverse portfolio of corporate and international clients. Your role as an Audit Senior

  • Leading external audit assignments from planning to completion.
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing coaching/support.
  • Preparing financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Identifying audit risks and ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working collaboratively with wider audit and advisory teams.
  • Delivering assignments on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified or a Finalist.
  • Experience leading external audits from planning to completion.
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and ISA requirements.
  • Experience of Caseware would be beneficial but not essential.
