A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Qualified ACA Audit Trainee to join this top 10 firm's Audit & Accounts team in Redhill. The Role
You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from sole traders to medium and large businesses, across multiple industries. This audit-focused role also offers exposure to business advisory work, giving you a well-rounded experience as you progress in your career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing companies, solicitors, charities, and schools, including on-site client visits
- Assisting the audit team across various sectors and demonstrating audit testing expertise
- Preparing basic sets of accounts in line with Financial Reporting Standards
- Drafting basic corporation tax computations
- Managing client expectations and deadlines while delivering high-quality service
- Attending client meetings with Managers and Partners, building professional relationships
- Supporting internal process improvements and sharing innovative ideas
- Engaging in networking opportunities, both internally and externally
Who We’re Looking For
Currently studying towards the ACA qualification (must have completed all certificate-level papers) or AAT Level 4 qualified. Minimum 1 year of audit experience (experience in accounts and tax is a plus). Experience with Pro-audit, CCH Accounts Production, Xero, QuickBooks, Alphatax, and Office 365 is desirable.
