With ambitious growth plans and multiple offices across Central and Southern England, our client has an exciting opportunity for an Audit RI Associate Director to join their expanding Farnham Audit team. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options.

The Role

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of audit clients, driving business development and client acquisition in the Farnham region.
  • Play a key role in networking and marketing initiatives to secure new audit consultancy engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with Directors and the audit team to ensure a full suite of high-quality audit services is delivered.
  • Measure and monitor key performance indicators within the audit division.
  • Work alongside the Head of Audit to develop and implement an audit business strategy, engaging with the Board for insights and expertise.
  • Oversee and manage the audit team's workflow, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to audit team members.
  • Strengthen relationships with the International network to enhance service offerings.

About You

  • RI status with a minimum of 5 years' UK audit post-qualification experience in a medium-sized or mid-tier firm.
  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of UK Audit topics.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage an audit team, delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Confidence in leading client presentations and business development seminars.
  • Commercial mindset with a strategic approach to business growth.
