Due to significant firmwide growth and expansion of the Scottish practice, we are proud to be exclusively retained by one of the UK's leading accountancy firms to appoint an exceptional Audit Partner (or experienced Audit Director with RI status) as the firm continues its strategic expansion across Scotland. This newly created position forms a key part of their ongoing investment in strengthening and extending their Northern offering, with a particular focus on Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy and Stirling.
As the firm builds on its impressive growth trajectory, it is seeking a commercially minded audit leader with a proven reputation for high-quality client delivery and operational excellence. The search is sector agnostic, and the firm welcomes applicants with specialist expertise as well as those with broader audit portfolios.
Whether already operating at Partner level or an RI-qualified Director ready to step up, the successful candidate will bring a strong track record in winning, retaining and developing client relationships, together with credible experience in leading and inspiring high-performing audit teams. They will demonstrate technical excellence, commercial acumen and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the continued expansion of the Scottish practice. A collaborative, people-focused leadership style that aligns with the firm's culture will be essential.
This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, supportive and values-driven firm at a pivotal moment in its growth. The successful individual will be given the scope, autonomy and platform to make a significant and lasting impact.
