We are working with a highly regarded and long-established independent accountancy practice to appoint an experienced and forward-thinking Audit Partner (RI). This is a key leadership role offering real influence, long-term progression, and the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the firm\’s future as part of its wider succession and growth plans.

The position involves taking overall responsibility for a broad portfolio of audit clients across a wide range of industries and business types. You will ensure the continued delivery of high-quality audit services, provide strategic oversight, and work closely with the leadership team to strengthen the firm\’s reputation and client relationships. The environment will suit those who enjoy a balance of technical challenge, commercial engagement, and hands-on leadership.

You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, hold Responsible Individual (RI) status, and have a strong technical background in UK audit and assurance. Demonstrable experience at Partner or Director level within a professional practice is essential, along with the ability to inspire teams, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the firm\’s ongoing development.
