We are working with a highly reputable firm based in Cambridge who are rapidly growing their audit department and now have requirements from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager.

Your role as an Audit Assistant Manager:

  • At this well-established firm, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning through to completion.
  • Liaising directly with the clients across a wide range of corporate audit clients including fast-growing OMBs to large PE backed companies.
  • You will be involved in managing and developing the existing audit team, this will include planning, performance management, delegation of duties and training.
  • Work as a team to support the department as it continues to grow and identify any opportunities for upselling.

What you\’ll need to succeed:

  • You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post qualification experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working within a UK accountancy practice.
  • Applicants must already be working in an Assistant Manager role but there are very clear routes for progression are available with this team.
  • Enthusiasm to progress professionally and as part of the team.
  • A good management rapport to mentor the audit team.
