Salary: £65,000 – £75,000+ (DOE)
Are you an experienced practice accountant with a passion for managing teams and delivering exceptional client service? Our client, a thriving boutique accountancy firm in North London, is looking for a General Practice Manager or Senior Manager to join their expanding team.

- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-end clients, providing audit, accounts, and tax services.
- Review corporation tax returns, quarterly reporting, VAT and other taxes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a growing team – play a key role in their professional journey.
- Work with senior leadership to spot opportunities, cross-sell services, and support the firm0Es 20-35% annual growth trajectory.
What We0Re Looking For
- ACA/ACCA qualified with solid practice experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Strong audit background with rounded accounts and tax expertise.
- Confident leader and reviewer who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
- Knowledge of CaseWare, CCH, Xero and Sage is a plus.
