Accounting Services Manager
Birmingham

We are working with a Big 4 firm in the Midlands who are growing at a rapid pace and now have the requirement for Managers to join their Accounting Services team.
The successful individual will be providing accounting services to both national and multinational corporates with a focus on assisting them to remain compliant.

- Providing skilled accountants on secondment where clients have a temporary need for additional resources
- Manage and control the preparation of local statutory financial statements for cross border clients
- Providing advisory services across statutory accounting compliance requirements and improvements to the statutory financial statements cycle i.e., the production, audit and filing of statutory financial statements.
- Potential to carry out client secondments in line with business needs and where their skills and availability match client requirements
- Responsibility for the management of accounting staff, as well as participating in group management matters.
- You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with proven management skills
- Experience within either statutory accounts, management accounts or a combination of both
- Experience within a medium to large accountancy firm
- Very good working knowledge of UK GAPP and IFRS. Some awareness of US GAAP would be very beneficial
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
