The Opportunity

You will take the lead role within the Transactions Tax practice, inheriting an established client base and a strong network of existing referral relationships across the firm. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Transactions Tax offering in London
  • Act as the go-to market lead for Transactions Tax across the firm
  • Advise clients on a broad range of transactional and structuring matters
  • Build and deepen relationships with private equity houses, corporate clients, intermediaries and professional contacts
  • Drive business development and raise the external profile of the practice
  • Work closely with Corporate Finance, Private Client and wider Tax teams on cross-disciplinary opportunities
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team
  • Play a visible leadership role within the wider partnership
