We are working with an award‑winning professional services firm seeking to appoint an Audit Partner (RI) to support continued growth from its St Albans office. This opportunity is suited to an experienced Audit RI looking to join a firm that combines technical excellence with a progressive, people‑focused culture.
The firm is recognised for its emphasis on innovation and technical development, encouraging efficiency through advanced audit technology while continuing to invest in its people. It offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, with friendly and highly engaged colleagues across service lines. The audit practice delivers the rigour and quality required to provide essential assurance to a diverse client base. Clients range from family‑owned and privately held businesses through to listed, private‑equity‑backed and public‑interest entities, all operating within complex regulatory environments. The firm has strong expertise across IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP, and provides a broad range of audit and assurance services.
The successful candidate will be a UK‑qualified Audit Responsible Individual with strong technical credentials and experience leading complex audit engagements. They will bring a commercial, growth‑oriented mindset and the ambition to play a key role in developing the St Albans audit practice, while aligning with a collaborative and inclusive culture.
