Imagine inheriting a portfolio of established clients instead of spending months trying to win them.....

That's exactly what this opportunity offers.

Our London Tax team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced recruiter to join one of the UK's most respected specialist tax recruitment businesses.

This isn't about building a desk from scratch.

It's about taking ownership of an existing portfolio of long-standing client relationships, working with some of the biggest names in the market and helping exceptional tax professionals progress their careers.

If you enjoy building relationships, managing accounts and delivering an outstanding recruitment service, you'll love this role.

Why Pro Group?

For nearly two decades we've built one of the strongest reputations in professional services recruitment.

Our Tax division is recognised across the market for its specialist knowledge, long-standing client relationships and exceptional network.

The market continues to go from strength to strength, creating genuine opportunities for ambitious recruiters to build a highly successful career.

You'll join an experienced, collaborative team that shares knowledge, celebrates success and genuinely enjoys what they do.

The role

You'll inherit an established portfolio of clients and candidates, allowing you to focus on what you do best:

  • Managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Recruiting qualified tax professionals across London and the South East
  • Advising clients on hiring strategy and market trends
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
  • Managing the full recruitment process from brief through to offer
  • Growing revenue through outstanding service rather than cold business development

What we're looking for

You'll already be working in a 360 recruitment role and have a track record of building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You might currently recruit within professional services, finance, legal or another specialist market, or perhaps you already recruit tax professionals.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who

  • Has recruitment experience in a 360 agency environment
  • Enjoys developing long-term client relationships
  • Delivers an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Is commercially minded and motivated by success
  • Wants to join a business with an established market presence rather than build a desk from scratch
  • Is looking for genuine long-term career progression within a specialist recruitment business
  • What you'll get
  • One of the strongest brands in UK tax recruitment
  • An established client portfolio with long-standing client relationships from day one
  • Up to 50% commission on your billings, plus additional performance kickers
  • Hybrid working with two days per week in our London office
  • Early finish every Friday
  • Clear career progression with genuine opportunities to develop your career
  • Ongoing training, coaching and support
  • Private Health with cash plan
  • Regular team socials and company events
  • High Achievers incentive trips
  • A collaborative, supportive team where success is recognised and celebrated

If you're an experienced recruiter looking to join a market-leading specialist with an established client portfolio, a collaborative team and genuine opportunity to maximise your earnings, we'd love to hear from you.
