An award-winning, highly regarded Top 30 London firm and a long-standing client of ours is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Corporate Tax to play a pivotal leadership role within its well-established and ambitious tax practice.
This is a standout opportunity to lead and shape the firm’s Corporate Tax offering, overseeing a high-performing team and a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from entrepreneurial, owner-managed businesses through to large corporates and international groups. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the function, ensuring best-in-class delivery, and driving continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Corporate Tax team, providing strategic direction and leadership
- Advise on a broad range of complex corporate tax matters including structuring, international expansion, group reorganisations, and transactional support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying and converting new opportunities
- Work collaboratively across the firm to maximise cross-selling and referral opportunities
- Play a key role in shaping and executing the firm’s wider tax and growth strategy
You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team, with the autonomy to influence and implement strategy, reporting directly into senior leadership. The firm offers an entrepreneurial environment with minimal bureaucracy, empowering its leaders to make a genuine impact.
