I’m currently working with a well-known firm in London who are seeking an ambitious and experienced Accounts Senior Manager to join their dynamic Creative Division. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and come from a creative/media background.
What you will be doing as an Accounts Senior Manager:
- Manage team WIP, billing, and fee recovery to achieve targets and cash collection, ensuring monthly billing aligns with partner targets.
- Line manage team members, providing guidance, training, and career development to ensure business objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring high client retention and the development of new business opportunities.
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of projects, managing partner and staff expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and work completion.
- Ensure compliance with all practice management activities and deadlines.
- Play a key role in recruitment, HR activities, and performance management.
- Act as a mentor and role model for team members, offering technical coaching and guidance.
