This is a rare and urgent opportunity to work side-by-side with outgoing Partners for a comprehensive handover, laying the foundations for a seamless transition and long-term success.
The Role β What Youβll Be Doing:- Leading a portfolio with a 70/30 audit to accounts/tax split
- Acting as the key relationship lead for a diverse range of clients (turnovers up to Β£50M)
- Working with UK subsidiaries of international groups and across sectors including tech, property, hospitality, and manufacturing
- Reporting under FRS102 (some IFRS exposure), using Xero, MyWorkpapers, and Inflo
- Developing new business and mentoring a growing team
- Ideally ACA qualified (ACCA also considered)
- Eligible for RI status or already an RI
- Commercially sharp with a client-first mindset
- Ready to shape the future of a practice β not just maintain the status quo
