Are you an experienced practice accountant with a passion for managing teams and delivering exceptional client service? Our client, a thriving boutique accountancy firm in North London, is looking for a General Practice Manager or Senior Manager to join their expanding team.

What you’ll do
- Lead a profitable client portfolio – lower volume, high fees.
- Review accounts, audit files, corporation tax & VAT.
- Mentor and develop a talented team of seniors, semi-seniors & juniors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to spot new opportunities and drive 20–35% annual growth.
What you need
- Strong audit background + well-rounded accounts & tax skills.
- Confident team leader, proactive, commercially minded.
- Experience with CaseWare, CCH, Xero, Sage (desirable).
