Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We’re working with an ambitious and fast-growing boutique accountancy firm in North West London, recently acquired by dynamic new owners with bold plans for expansion—including portfolio acquisitions and a serious push on business development.

They’re now looking for a confident and capable Accounts Manager to join the team. This is a pivotal role with no ceiling on progression. Whether you’re a strong Assistant Manager looking to step up, or a seasoned Senior Manager ready for a more dynamic, growth-focused environment, this could be the move for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of OMB and SME clients across a variety of sectors
• Reviewing statutory and management accounts
• Playing a key role in wider practice management: staffing, training, systems implementation, and business development

What they’re looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong experience in a client-facing accounts role within practice
• Someone who’s excited by growth, leadership, and the potential to play a long-term role in shaping the firm’s future
