We’re looking for a calm, organised, and approachable Receptionist / Office Administrator to become the welcoming face of our business. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception duties with office administration and some finance support, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organised under pressure, and can confidently manage a busy workload with a positive attitude.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greeting visitors and contacting host managers
  • Creating a warm, professional first impression for guests and interviewees
  • Managing the Q-Rims visitor system and ensuring records are accurate
  • Monitoring door access cards
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering visitor meals, tea/coffee, kitchen supplies, and stationery
  • Carrying out Right to Work checks for interviewees
  • Matching and filing engineering invoices with delivery notes
  • Monitoring document archiving systems

Finance-related duties include:

  • Daily cashbook postings
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing Accounts Receivable credit notes
  • Investigating delivery discrepancies
