You'll be working alongside our experienced Senior Consultant based on site, supporting them day-to-day and learning from their expertise. Together, you'll ensure our client and workers receive the very best service, with a flexible approach across early and late shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Consultant, you'll play a hands-on role that covers the full cycle of on-site recruitment and worker engagement, including:
- Talent support: helping to attract, register and onboard new workers, from job adverts through to first shift.
- Inductions & compliance: assisting with right-to-work checks, running engaging inductions, and ensuring smooth starts.
- On-site presence: being visible on the factory floor, supporting colleagues with queries, and working with the Senior Consultant to build strong worker relationships.
- Administration & reporting: updating records, preparing payroll information, managing rotas and absence tracking.
- Site tours & candidate experience: helping deliver engaging site tours and showcasing Pro-Pak Foods as a great place to work.
- Client partnership: supporting the Senior Consultant in liaising with Pro-Pak managers and HR teams to meet daily headcount and recruitment needs.
