Theatre Scrub Nurse Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
- Proven theatre scrub experience
- Competent in Orthopaedic Joint and Spine procedures
- Strong understanding of theatre protocols and patient safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Theatre ODP Requirements:
- HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner
- Experience in both Anaesthetics and Recovery
- Ability to work confidently across both specialities
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
