This is a full-time salary position with a local facility developing controls and electrical power distribution. The perfect candidate for this position would have excellent communication and customer service skills along with a background in manufacturing. You will be responsible for relaying timelines and essential updates to customers in person while providing a first-class customer experience. A high level of professionalism and organization will be needed to excel in this role. The salary range for this position is $75,000- $90,000 based on experience and an interview.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate and update customers while providing the best possible customer experience
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and the management team.
- Be willing to take on other tasks and be flexible to ensure customer satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between various parties to address project needs and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Account Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, electrical knowledge or experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
