This is a full-time salary position with a local facility developing controls and electrical power distribution. The perfect candidate for this position would have excellent communication and customer service skills along with a background in manufacturing. You will be responsible for relaying timelines and essential updates to customers in person while providing a first-class customer experience. A high level of professionalism and organization will be needed to excel in this role. The salary range for this position is $75,000- $90,000 based on experience and an interview.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and update customers while providing the best possible customer experience
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and the management team.
  • Be willing to take on other tasks and be flexible to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate communication between various parties to address project needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Account Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, electrical knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
