We are seeking a Lead Industrial Powder Coater. This is a full-time position with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. The job consists of some prepping, powder coating, and finishing. Must have 4 years of powder coat experience. Please apply and provide a resume if interested; these positions are immediate hire!

Pay is £25-£30 an hour based on experience.

Shift: 2nd Shift available

Health insurance available after 90 days of employment. PTO is offered during the first 30 days of employment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8-10 hours per day and some Saturdays. Overtime available. Weekly pay!

Job Duties of Powder Coater:
  • Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and applying pre-treatment.
  • Apply powder coating materials to a variety of fabricated parts using spray equipment.
  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, ovens, and spray guns.
  • Ensure proper curing of coated parts by monitoring oven temperatures and bake times.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to company standards.
  • Touch up, rework, or recoat parts when necessary.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist with material handling, hanging, and packaging of finished products.
  • Collaborate with production team to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
Job Requirements for Powder Coater:
  • Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.
  • Familiarity with spray equipment, curing ovens, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and production schedules.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
