Job Description Pro Max Fence System\’s LLC is seeking a laborer with experience in construction, restaurant, and/or farming. The successful candidate will work alongside a foreman to install fences on commercial, industrial, municipal/government, and residential projects. Ideal candidates are eager to work outdoors daily and enjoy hands-on work. The role offers a combination of shop work (starting wage generally $15-17/hr) and prevailing wage work (average in Pro Max\’s projects around $40+/hr), resulting in an average annual wage of approximately $22 per hour. Successful employees are committed to working hard daily and are willing to learn new skills in the fencing industry.
