The Vacancy
Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical Analyst – Delegated Bordereaux to join our Insurance Services team. The role involves processing insurance and reinsurance premiums and claims, meeting service levels, and delivering quality results.
We offer a flexible hybrid working policy, allowing work from home or from our offices in London, Gloucester, or Liverpool.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing and quality control of risk, premium, and claim delegated bordereaux into client systems.
- Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to client SLAs.
- Monitoring Outlook folders for incoming premium bordereaux and prioritizing processing.
- Identifying anomalies, raising queries, and making necessary amendments.
- Matching cash receipts from client systems to bordereaux.
- Communicating professionally with clients via phone and email.
- Training less experienced colleagues and new starters.
- Handling and resolving queries from clients, brokers, coverholders, and team members.
- Assisting with workflow management and reporting.
- Understanding client KPIs and SLAs.
Skills and Experience
- Strong technical skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles.
- Knowledge of London market systems and procedures is desirable.
- Knowledge of Property, Casualty, Marine, or US insurance business is advantageous.
- Conscientious, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate initiative.
- Experience with Intrali or similar bordereaux processing software.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience in map creation and data reconciliation is desirable.
