A family office based in the heart of the West End of London are looking for a Tax Senior Manager to join the Investment arm of the firm as a newly created role.

  • Working closely with the Investment partners group where you will be provide client advise and compliance on their personal tax aspects of remuneration in the UK, especially executive remuneration (board fees, equity grants), including in international context.

  • Providing on international tax advice for their global management team

  • Support the design, implementation and maintenance of remuneration policies, processes and EOP/LTIPs

  • Manage and maintain key relationships with tax advisors

  • Dealing with & liaison with HMRC on any tax planning queries

The ideal candidate will be CTA/ACA/ATT qualified, who has come from a practice environment, who is an experienced Personal Tax candidate who has a strong client advisory experience, with some non dom background. We are looking for client facing individuals with offshore experience, yet people with a high level of UK tax and experience working for High-Net-Worth Individuals

The role will be circa 40% Compliance – 60% planning and as this is a standalone role in which you could be preparing tax returns.

We are looking for a self-starter, able to work largely unsupervised with a high degree of autonomy, you will have the ability to integrate well into a small team with a flat structure.
