Our client, a niche practice in the heart of Reading are seeking an Assistant Tax Director to lead their highly successful Private Business Tax team. If you are looking for exposure to a high profile client base, within an environment where progression and flexibility is guaranteed then this is well worth pursuing.

As the Assistant Tax Director you will be providing technical expertise to a varied client portfolio covering the mid-market and private equity backed firms as well as entrepreneurial start up businesses. You will proactively find solutions to issues concerning M&A, succession planning, transfer pricing and other more general topics affecting their host of clients. You will also be an active business developer working wit the Tax Partner to extend their client offering throughout the Thames Valley region.

In order to qualify for this progressive tax opportunity you will have a strong background in corporate tax. This award winning practice is renowned for fast tracking their internal talent and this role has serious scope to progress to Partner level.
