Pro currently has an exciting opportunity to join us as a Technician in Risk Capture to be part of our Insurance Services team. The job holder will meet all Client service levels, deliverables and deadlines for the processing of Risk Capture documentation.
Pro operates a hybrid working model, with time split working from home and the Gloucester office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing cleanse and baseline requests.
- Accurately running and recording interfaces within client systems.
- Using multiple resources/systems to process each request.
- Processing tasks accurately, in an efficient manner, in line with client SLA’s.
- Dealing with clients in a professional manner over the phone or via email.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role within the insurance market
- Ability to take responsibility for own workload and remain efficient.
- Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of principles of insurance is essential.
- Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.
