Pro currently has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Analyst to work with a specific Client within our Insurance Services team, specialising in the processing of reinsurance accounts. This role is a permanent position, working on a hybrid contract with 3 days a week in our Gloucester or Liverpool offices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- The post holder will be responsible for the technical processing of Reinsurance accounts and will have a blend of skills as an insurance and reinsurance analyst and experience in Reinsurance processing.
- Processing Reinsurance accounts.
- Processing tasks accurately in an efficient manner by month end deadlines.
- Investigating any discrepancies between calculated Premiums and instructions received from the client.
- Service delivery to specified client.
- Identify and escalate any issues impacting service performance.
- Resolve issues internally and support resolutions externally.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong technical (re)insurance knowledge and skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of London Market systems and procedures.
- Ability to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of principles of insurance and reinsurance is essential.
- Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with Clients and colleagues.
