Pro-Found Recruitment are looking for a Skilled Welder Fabricator MIG/TIG to join our clients team based in Doncaster DN12.
Welder Fabricator Benefits
- Salary £14 to £16 per hour
- Location: Doncaster DN12
- 40 hours per week
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Full-time, Permanent after 12 weeks probationary period via the Agency
Welder Fabricator Role
- Close tolerance MIG/TIG welding of product according to specification & drawings
- Prepare/machine materials prior to welding, fit up & assembly as needed
- Fabricate to a high standard with tight tolerance
- Be fully confident & capable of welding pipework with ideally 3+ years MIG/TIG welding experience
- Maintain traceability & quality of all welds & materials throughout the manufacturing process
- Work to a standard that ensures weld quality will pass radiography according to EN1090
- Work efficiently at all times & strive to ensure on-time delivery of the product is maintained
- Actively contribute to the company’s culture & ideas
- Maintain quality in line with respective procedures & adhere to the health and safety policy
- Carry out any task that may from time to time be requested by senior management in order to ensure the smooth running of all departments within the business and any other duties
Welder Fabricator Experience & Qualifications
- Fabrication experience essential (preferred) NVQ Level 2/3
- Must be able to read and fabricate from drawings
- MIG Welding essential
- TIG Welding preferred
- Hold or previously held recognised weld coding (preferred)
- Overhead crane: 1 year (preferred)
- Fork lift Truck: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience in a quality-controlled environment
