Kitchen Bench Joiner Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools to craft high-quality pieces.
- Work with premium materials such as solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards before installation.
- Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.
