Pro-Found Recruitment are looking for a Skilled MIG Welder to join our clients team based in Doncaster DN12.
MIG Welder Benefits:
- Salary: £16 per hour
- Location: Doncaster DN12
- 40 hours per week plus potential of overtime Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm
- Contract: Temporary to permanent
MIG Welder Role:
- MIG welding of product according to specification and drawings
- Prepare/machine materials prior to welding, fit up and assembly as needed
- Fabricate to a high standard with tight tolerance
- Be fully confident and capable of welding pipework with ideally 2+ years MIG welding experience
- Maintain traceability and quality of all welds and materials throughout the manufacturing
- Work to a standard that ensures weld quality will pass radiography according to EN1090
- Work efficiently at all times and strive to ensure on-time delivery of the product is maintained
- Actively contribute to the company's culture and ideas
- Maintain quality in line with respective procedures and adhere to the health and safety policy
- Carry out any task that may from time to time, be requested by senior management in order to ensure the smooth running of all departments within the business and any other duties
MIG Welder Experience:
- Fabrication experience essential
- Must be able to read and fabricate from drawings
- MIG Welding - minimum of 2 years experience preferred
- TIG Welding experience preferred but not essential
- Hold or previously held recognised weld coding (preferred)
- Overhead crane: 1 year (preferred)
- Fork lift Truck: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience in a quality-controlled environment
