We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our client's fast-growing business in Killamarsh. This isn’t just a design role; you will be a key part of the Marketing Team, working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver impactful campaigns that support both brand growth and commercial success. This is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary position where creativity meets strategy. You will play an integral role in supporting the sales function by producing engaging marketing materials that help drive new and repeat business.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate across departments including working closely with the Operations Director on a variety of marketing initiatives giving you real exposure to the wider business.

The Role

As part of the marketing team, your responsibilities will go beyond design. You will contribute to the planning, creation, and execution of marketing activity across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating compelling print and digital marketing materials that align with brand strategy
  • Supporting wider marketing campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
  • Managing and updating website content via CMS systems
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Producing and proofing customer artwork for print
  • Collaborating on trade shows, exhibitions, and events
  • Maintaining the internal marketing resource library (photography, product specs, assets)
  • Conducting site photography and supporting visual content creation
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successful marketing projects

About You

You are not just a designer; you are someone who understands how design fits into a wider marketing strategy.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-led design work (as part of the shortlist you will be asked to showcase your portfolio)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • A keen eye for detail and visual storytelling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to expand your marketing skillset

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with website CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of social media marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
  • Photography and lighting experience
