Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit an FLT Driver for our client based in Ripley to work on Continental shifts (4 days on, 4 days off).
FLT Driver Benefits:
- Static Days: 12 hours 4 on, 4 off 6am to 6pm
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay: £14.04 for basic hours & £21.06 for overtime
- Free On-site parking
- Excellent training and progression opportunities - Combi Lift Conversion training provided as part of the FLT Driver role
- Temp to perm contract
FLT Driver Duties:
- Working in a fast paced Warehouse
- Combi lift work
- Unloading and loading of vehicles
- Moving stock around the Warehouse and site
- Picking duties as and when required
FLT Driver Criteria:
- Forklift Licence (ESSENTIAL)
- Previous FLT Driving and Warehouse picking experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a fast paced Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
- Self-Motivated and disciplined
- Willingness to also carry out picking/warehouse duties as part of the role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety
- Honest and trustworthy
- Respectful
- Flexible approach to work and duties
