Pro-Found Recruitment is looking to recruit an FLT Driver for our client based in Ripley to work on Continental shifts (4 days on, 4 days off). Start date: ASAP.
Benefits:
- Static Days: 12 hour shift, 4 on, 4 off (6am‑6pm)
- Pay: £14.04 for basic hours, £21.06 for overtime

- Excellent training and progression opportunities – Combi Lift Conversion training provided as part of the FLT Driver role
Duties:
- Work in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- Perform FLT Driver combi lift work.
- Unload and load vehicles as part of your role as FLT Driver.
- Move stock around the warehouse and site.
- Pick duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Forklift licence (essential).
- Previous FLT driving and warehouse picking experience (essential) – minimum of 12 months in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Self‑motivated and disciplined.
- Willingness to also carry out picking/warehouse duties as part of the role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety.
