Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday working 7:30am - 4pm – work 37.5 hours but paid for 42.5 hours
- Rate of Pay: £12.81
- Contract: Temp to perm
Responsibilities
- Quality inspection
- Operating fabrication machinery, including automated saws and routers.
- Use of hand tools including measuring devices.
- Fabricating bespoke orders.
- Assist in all stages of manufacturing aluminum doors, conservatory roofs, and bespoke items.
- Assist colleagues in hitting production targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Previous fabrication experience preferred; training can be given to the right candidate who can demonstrate a strong production/manufacturing background.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using hand tools and good measuring skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance.
- Willingness to undertake further training.
- Previous experience in the window and door sector would be an advantage but not essential.
