Days & Afters – Monday to Thursday, 37.5 per week
Shifts – Days: 6am to 4pm & Afters: 12 noon to 10pm
Contract: Permanent
Immediate starts available. We are recruiting 3 Final Inspection Operatives on behalf of our prestigious manufacturing client in Sheffield. These are fantastic opportunities to join a well‑established company producing high‑quality products within the medical manufacturing sector.
This role works on a rotating 2‑shift pattern (Mornings & Afternoons), so applicants must be able to work both shifts.
The Role
Duties
- Carrying out detailed visual inspections of manufactured components.
- Performing dimensional and gauge checks.
- Identifying and reporting defects.
- Following work instructions and quality procedures.
- Completing production and inspection paperwork accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
- Working as part of a busy production team to achieve quality and production targets.
We're Looking For
- Previous quality inspection, production, or manufacturing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain concentration during repetitive inspection tasks.
- Comfortable handling components and lifting trays weighing up to 15kg.
- Reliable, flexible and having a positive attitude.
- Can work a rotating mornings and afternoons shift pattern.
