We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Packing Operative to help ensure our clients' high-quality kitchen products are carefully prepared and packaged for delivery. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Packing Operative Benefits
- Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 16:30pm & Friday’s 08:00am – 15:30pm
- Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Hours: 39 hours per week paid weekly
- Start date: Monday 18th May 2026 – please do not apply if you have a holiday booked in the next 12 weeks as this is the crucial training period
- Contract: Temporary to Permanent
- Location: Rotherham
Packing Operative Duties
- Carefully packing kitchen units, doors, and accessories for safe delivery
- Quality checking products to ensure they meet organisational standards
- Labelling and wrapping goods accurately
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
- Following all health and safety guidelines

Packing Operative Criteria
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing and packing experience is essential
