Our clinic is growing and we are excited to offer the right individual the opportunity to join our team. We are looking for an experienced MSK physiotherapist who prides themselves on providing a real quality service to help our clients achieve their goals and become pain free. You will join the team as an associate/self-employed physiotherapist.
Hours available are:
- Mondays (all day)
- Tuesdays (afternoon/evenings)
- Wednesdays (half day or evening)
- Thursdays (mornings or evenings)
- Fridays (mornings/afternoon)
We are keen to find the right candidate and therefore can be flexible with hours. The ideal candidate will be able to work two of these options. Salary pay is equivalent to an hourly rate of £30.00 per hour self-employed or £27 per hour on a zero hours employed contract. The salary is based on 6-20 hours per week over 52 weeks in the year. Additional commission uplift after 6 months probation. There is also an opportunity to earn on Google reviews, referrals, etc.

Any candidates with experience outside of the UK will not be contacted and your application will be rejected. You must also have a minimum of 2 years MSK physiotherapy experience. Candidates with Acupuncture or Dry needling training are desired.

Responsibilities:
As part of your role in our clinic you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions and joint pains. Treatments must include hands-on physiotherapy and exercise-based treatment methods tailored to the clients' needs. You will manage your own client case load including booking follow-ups, documenting accurate & up-to-date clinical notes using our patient management software and sending personalised exercise plans using our exercise software. All of this must be completed within the client's allocated appointment time.
The ideal candidate will have confidence, empathy, be an excellent communicator including good customer service skills and have excellent computer skills. You must also be highly skilled with excellent hands-on techniques. Lone working will be involved so you must be comfortable working independently, including opening/closing the clinic, taking payments on occasion, managing your diary and booking follow-ups. Excellent computer skills are required as all our management is done through our online management system called Jane App.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Full HCPC membership
- Excellent knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, exercises and advanced manual treatment skills
- At least 2 years' experience working in MSK Physiotherapy
- Private practice experience - minimum of 1 year
- Dry needling or acupuncture qualification - essential
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed practitioner including lone working
- Additional qualifications i.e. manual manipulation, soft tissue courses and shockwave therapy training - desired but not essential
- Car driver would be beneficial but not essential
