We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating supply, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately using internal ERP systems.
- Monitor order status, inventory, and supply to ensure timely deliveries.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Resolve order, pricing, and invoice discrepancies, including customer claims.
- Support Account Managers with reporting and sales administration.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with process improvements and new system implementations.
About You
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
