We have an immediate opening for motivated individuals to step into a leadership role on our night shift team.

Live Sites: Isleham, Ely, Wisbech, Thetford

Pay Rates:

  • Training Period: £16.56 / hour
  • Post-Training Rate: £18.01 / hour
  • Overtime: Enhanced rate available after 80 hours across 2 weeks

Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 18:00 – 05:30. Extra shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the production line and managing a team of workers
  • Assigning staff to positions and checking product quality
  • Training new workers and ensuring hygiene & safety rules are followed
  • Communicating with managers and QA, and completing basic paperwork
  • Overseeing the washing, grading, and packing of carrots & parsnips

Requirements & Perks:

  • Good level of English language required (for communication and paperwork)
  • All protective clothing (PPE) provided

Accommodation & Transport:

  • Accommodation: £77.70 / week
  • Transport: £12 / day
