LOCATION: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

IMPORTANT: Own transport is essential due to the site location and shift start times.

We are looking for reliable and physically fit Supply Chain Operatives to join our team at a modern food production facility. This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start available for the right candidates.

PAY & HOURS:

  • Basic Rate: £14.24 per hour
  • Overtime Rate: £21.36 per hour
  • Shifts: Morning shift – 05:30 to 17:30
  • Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (12-hour shifts)
  • Breaks: 1-hour unpaid break included

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently loading and unloading products from trailers
  • Moving stock between the intake and dispatch areas of the warehouse
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Strictly adhering to safety protocols and food hygiene guidelines
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as requested by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be physically fit as the role involves heavy lifting
  • Good understanding of English (both written and verbal)
  • Positive work attitude, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across different areas of the warehouse and production
